How returns work
You have two options: return in person at any Trina Turk boutique for a free return, or return by mail by gathering your order number and shipping ZIP code, starting your return through the online returns portal, and generating a prepaid FedEx label. For mail returns, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.
Exclusions and restrictions
Final Sale items cannot be returned, except under the EU Right of Withdrawal. International orders have a 14 day return window and the customer pays for return shipping. EU customers have a 14 day return window under the Right of Withdrawal and pay return shipping. Swimwear must have all original tags attached and sanitary liners intact.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. When you return by mail, a $9.95 shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Refunds take approximately 10 business days to process after the retailer receives your return.
