What this site is
WikiReturnPolicy.com is a reference. It collects return terms that retailers publish themselves and presents them in a consistent format, with the source sentence stored behind every figure. It is not a shopping service, a customer service channel, or an agent of any retailer.
We are not the retailer
We have no relationship with the retailers listed here beyond reading what they publish, and in some cases an affiliate link. We cannot process a return, issue a refund, escalate a complaint, or influence any decision a retailer makes about your order. For any of that, contact the retailer directly.
Accuracy, and its limits
Every figure on this site is taken from the policy the retailer published, and each page shows the date it was last checked. That is the strongest claim we can honestly make, and it is not the same as a guarantee.
Retailers change their terms without notice. A page can be accurate on the day it was checked and out of date the following week. Policies also vary by product category, by country, by whether the item was bought online or in a store, and by whether it was on sale. A single figure cannot capture all of that.
Before you rely on anything here, confirm it with the retailer. Treat this site as a starting point for a question, not as the final word on it.
No advice
Nothing here is legal advice or consumer rights advice. Your rights depend on where you live, where the retailer trades, and how you paid. If a dispute matters to you, take advice suited to your own situation.
Affiliate links

The site is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, including a return that a retailer refuses. The reason is simple: we report what a retailer published, we do not control what it decides.

You are welcome to link to any page here. Quotations from retailer policies belong to the retailers who wrote them. The way this site collects, structures and presents that material is ours, and republishing it at scale requires permission.
