Use the corrections page. It explains what to include so the report can be checked quickly, and corrections reported that way are tracked rather than lost in a general inbox.
You are the retailer
If you work for a store listed here and something is out of date, tell us and we will re-check against your published policy. We quote what a policy page says on the day we read it, so the fastest fix is a link to the current page.
We do not remove accurate figures on request, and we do not take payment to change what a page says. That applies equally to every retailer, which is what makes the site worth reading.
