Trespass allows you to return most items within 21 days of purchase. Returns must be in original packaging and sent back through designated carriers, with a £3.00 shipping fee deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.

How returns work

You can return items by completing a returns form online, attaching the provided label to your parcel, and dropping it off at either your local Post Office or one of over 600 Asda store locations. You may also arrange a pickup through Royal Mail's Parcel Collect service. In all cases, you should request proof of postage when submitting your return.

Exclusions and restrictions

Non-Trespass branded items cannot be returned, as Trespass is not responsible for products not manufactured by the company. Items purchased from third-party retailers such as Amazon or eBay are also non-returnable, and Trespass cannot process warranty claims for these purchases. Refunds
