How returns work
You can return items by mail to Tea Collection. The process begins by clicking the appropriate return link on the policy page, then shipping your original item back to Tea. You may use Tea's return shipping label, which deducts the cost from your refund, or you may use your own shipping method at no cost to your refund.
Exclusions and restrictions
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, including Warehouse Sale promotions. Items purchased from retailers other than TeaCollection.com are also not returnable. Additionally, items received more than 90 days after purchase are not processed as returns. Gift orders are eligible for store credit only through a separate gift return process.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in your original form of payment within 60 days of purchase. If you return an item between 60 and 90 days after purchase, you receive merchandise credit instead. If you paid with store credit, that credit is refunded first, with any remaining balance applied to your secondary payment method.
