How returns work
You can return items by mail through Royal Mail. Visit the Royal Mail website and use their online portal to process your return, then take your package to your local Post Office using the provided QR code. Contact Skinnydip London customer service if you encounter any issues with the process.
Exclusions and restrictions
Pierced jewellery and cacti cannot be returned. Swimwear is non-returnable if the wrapping has been removed. Gift cards are also excluded from returns. Faulty items may qualify for free return shipping if you obtain a faulty code from customer service.
Refunds
Refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method (credit card or other payment method used at checkout). Processing takes 3 to 5 working days after the return is received.
