How returns work
To return an item, you fill out a returns form to request a pre-paid shipping label. You will receive the label by email within 1 to 3 business days. Ship your item to the return center address provided, and allow up to 10 business days from delivery for your refund to process.
Exclusions and restrictions
Final sale items cannot be returned. Items must also be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with original tags intact. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact customer service with photos instead, as a replacement may be offered without requiring a return.
