How returns work
You initiate returns online through Salt Life's Returns Center. After starting your return, you print a pre-paid shipping label, bring your item to the carrier specified on that label, and receive an email confirmation once the return is processed.
Exclusions and restrictions
Salt Life does not accept returns on items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, gift-with-purchase items, promotional giveaways, free gifts, samples, or items purchased from other retailers. The retailer also does not accept returns on items purchased as gifts.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method in the form of a credit or refund using that same method. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
