How returns work
To return an item, complete the online returns form by clicking Start Return and following the steps. Print the return label provided, attach it to your packaged item, and drop it off at your nearest Postal Service location.
Exclusions and restrictions
Cosmetics, hair products, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned due to strict hygiene policies. Sale items are also not eligible for return. Swimwear may be returned within 21 days only if the hygiene seal remains intact.
