How returns work
You can return items by mail or in store. To return by mail, start your return online to generate a return label, then mail your items to the facility. Alternatively, you can bring items directly to any Penningtons store location for an in-store return. In both cases, items must be unworn with tags on, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exclusions and restrictions
Several items are not returnable. Opened socks or hosiery are final sale. Panties, shapewear, jewelry (including pierced earrings and toe rings), and gift cards cannot be returned. Items purchased in store with prices ending in $.97 are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid with PayPal, the refund goes to the card linked to your PayPal account. If you paid using both a credit card and a gift card together, the credit card portion is refunded first, and the remaining amount is issued as an e-gift card.
