Exclusions and restrictions
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Apparel must have an intact pink security ribbon and show no signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, or stains. Handbags must be in original condition with all tags, protective material, and components intact. Handbags cannot be returned if they have missing components, snags, rips, tears, odors, stains, or missing dust covers, straps, or metal protective film. Damaged items in either category are non-returnable.
Refunds
You can receive your refund to your original payment method or choose store credit as a discount code for a future purchase. Refunds take up to 10 business days for inspection and processing after Mac Duggal receives your return.
