How returns work
You have three options for returning items. You can return in-store to a Yours Store location at no charge for up to 6 items. Alternatively, you can use a carrier drop-off at Inpost, Evri, or Asda, or arrange a home collection through Evri or Royal Mail. To start any return, use the return portal and select your preferred method.
Exclusions and restrictions
Pierced jewellery and Whip&Woo skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene purposes. The retailer does not publish other exclusions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and take 3 to 5 working days to process. If you paid by e-gift card, the retailer will refund as an e-gift card for a faster refund.
