How returns work
You have three return routes. You can return items free at any UK Hobbs standalone store. You can mail items back using the Royal Mail returns label from your dispatch note, with a £1.95 charge deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can arrange free Royal Mail home collection. When returning by mail, attach the label to your parcel, add your home address to the blank box on the label, place items in original packaging or securely package them if original packaging is unavailable, and take the parcel to the Post Office for proof of postage.
Exclusions and restrictions
Concession purchases must be returned to the department store where they were originally purchased, not to Hobbs + Associates. Sale items are subject to a 14-day return window instead of the standard 30 days. The retailer does not publish a general list of non-returnable product categories.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days after the retailer processes your return. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund goes to that card. If you paid with a Hobbs Gift Card, the refund is credited to the Gift Card first. If you paid by PayPal, the refund goes to your PayPal account. The £1.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund if you chose mail return.
