Grunt Style allows returns within 60 days of purchase. You will need your receipt and must pay return shipping fees of either $6 or $8 depending on your return method. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within up to 5 days after the retailer receives your return.

How returns work

You can return items by carrier drop-off at a return bar (with a $6 fee) or by mail using a shipping label from Grunt Style's self-service portal (with an $8 fee). To start a return, click "Start A Return" on the retailer's website, provide your order number, zip code, and proof of purchase, then drop off or mail your package according to your chosen method.

Exclusions and restrictions

Shipping costs and Package Protection costs are non-refundable. Defective items can be exchanged for a replacement only within 30 days and prior to washing. Items returned after 60 days may be covered under the retailer's Beer Guarantee program, though Grunt Style does not publish other standard exclusions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, the refund applies to that gift card first. If you used a credit card gift card that is no longer available, Grunt Style issues a discount code instead. Refunds process within up to 5 days after the retailer receives your return.
