How returns work
You have three return options. In-store returns at Everlane locations are free. You can also drop off items at participating Return Bars for free. Alternatively, you can mail your return, though Everlane charges a $7 shipping label fee that is deducted from your refund or waived if you choose store credit instead. Regardless of method, items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Exclusions and restrictions
Gift cards cannot be returned. Underwear without original packaging is not returnable, except under Everlane's First-Try policy, which allows one article of underwear to be returned without packaging. Swimwear and bodysuits must have their hygienic liner intact to be returnable. Bras are returnable under standard conditions. International customers outside the US and Canada have 45 days to return items instead of 30.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit. If you paid with cash, refunds are issued as store credit only. For mail-in returns, the $7 shipping fee is deducted from your refund unless you choose store credit, in which case the fee is waived.
