Evereve allows returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return items in store, by mail, or by scheduling free USPS pickup. A 20 percent restocking fee applies to all returns.

How returns work

You have three options to return items. You can return purchases in store at any Evereve location. For mail returns, look up your order using your email address and zipcode, click the return link next to eligible items, download your single-use return label, and ship via USPS. The flat rate return shipping fee is $6.95 unless you schedule free USPS pickup instead. If you purchased online, you can also return the items in store.

Exclusions and restrictions

Gift cards cannot be returned. Evereve does not publish a general list of non-returnable categories, though the policy notes that bodysuits remain returnable within the standard 30-day window.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 15 to 20 business days. Credit cards and prepaid cards receive refunds to those original cards. If you paid with cash, you receive an Evereve Gift Card instead. If you used both a gift card and another payment method, the gift card portion is credited first, then the other payment method.
