BYLT Basics allows returns within 30 days of purchase if items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Returns are processed by mail to the company's warehouse in Irvine, California.

How returns work

You can return items by mail using a provided return label or by sending your package to BYLT Basics' Irvine, California address at your own shipping cost. To initiate a return, select the item(s) you wish to return through your account, print the return label, and mail the original product(s) back to the warehouse.

Exclusions and restrictions

BYLT Basics does not accept returns on worn or washed items, items missing original tags, worn underwear, active shorts, or training shorts (due to interior liners). Returns are also not available for Get a Free Product or Buy One, Get One purchases, items marked as final sale, or gift card purchases.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing takes up to 30 days from the date the warehouse receives your return. If you exchange for a different style rather than size or color, any remaining balance is refunded after the exchange is processed.
