bebe Stores allows you to return most items within 30 days of purchase. You must return items in original packaging with the hang tag attached, and you will incur a $12 return shipping fee unless you qualify for free return shipping.
How returns work
You can return items by mail or through bebe's online returns portal powered by Loop. To initiate a return, visit the portal, select the items you wish to return, receive a refund estimate, and download your shipping label. Ship your items with prepaid postage and tracking to the Bethlehem, PA address. You cannot return online orders in physical stores.
Exclusions and restrictions
bebe Stores does not accept returns on final sale items, including intimates and swimwear. Items without the original hang tag, worn items, and damaged items are also non-returnable. Shoes must be returned in their original style box, or a $15 processing fee applies. If you ordered a set, both pieces must be returned together. International orders have a 60-day return window with a $10 flat fee deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method if requested within 21 days of purchase. If you request a refund after 21 days but within the return window, you will receive an eGift Card for merchandise credit instead. International orders placed before May 13, 2025 on Visa or Mastercard will be refunded via PayPal. Refunds process within 10 to 14 business days.
