For mail returns, start your return online to print a prepaid label or get a printerless code, then ship your package within 30 days. Some items, including shoes, home items, online exclusives, and purchases made through digital wallets, must be returned to the warehouse instead. Include a copy of your order confirmation email inside the package.
Exclusions and restrictions
Wedding dresses, final sale items marked with .49 or .98 price endings, worn or used items, dresses missing the special Do Not Remove tag, international orders, and SavedBy Package Insurance are not returnable or exchangeable. Shoes, home items, online exclusive items (including sizes 28 and above, and bra cups C, F, G, and H), and items purchased through PayPal, Klarna, or ZIP must be returned to the warehouse rather than by mail or in-store.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 14 business days of the return being received. If you use the prepaid label or printerless code for mail returns, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund. If you received the item as a gift purchased with a gift card, you may exchange it for merchandise of the same or greater value instead of receiving a refund.
