Alloy Apparel allows returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. A $9.95 restocking fee applies to all returns.
How returns work
To return an item, click Request A Return on the Alloy Apparel website to look up your order. Choose either a refund or store credit for eligible items. Enclose the packing slip inside your package, attach the pre-paid return label, and drop off the package at your closest carrier location. International returns require prepaid postage to a California address and do not include a prepaid label.
Exclusions and restrictions
Final sale and clearance items, gift cards, and intimate apparel including bodysuits cannot be returned. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have scents or odors are also non-returnable. All original tags must remain attached to the garment.
Refunds
You may choose either a refund or store credit when you request a return. If you select store credit, that choice is irreversible once requested. The retailer does not publish when refunds are processed or returned to your account.
