How returns work

Exclusions and restrictions

BloomChic does not accept returns on bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, or most accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats). Swimwear may be returned within 30 days but must have been tried on only over underwear, with the hygiene liner left attached.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid by PayPal, the refund is credited to your original PayPal account.
