Vince allows returns within 30 days of purchase at Vince Retail Stores and Vince Outlet Stores, or by mail with prepaid shipping. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached to be eligible for return.
How returns work
You can return items by mail or in person. For mail returns, have your order number ready and begin the return process on vince.com, then ship your items to the warehouse for processing, which takes 7 to 10 business days. Alternatively, you can return items in store at any Vince Retail Store or Vince Outlet Store.
Exclusions and restrictions
Vince does not accept returns on Final Sale items, worn merchandise, washed merchandise, altered merchandise, or items without original tags attached. On Sale items may be exchanged or credited as store credit but not refunded. Outlet store merchandise cannot be returned to full price retail stores. International stores and Vince Outlet Stores have a shorter return window of 14 days instead of 30 days. At international locations, bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are final sale only.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid by cash, you receive a mailed check or store gift card. Gift purchases are refunded as store credit. Refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after the warehouse receives and processes your return.
