Urban Planet allows you to return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. In-store purchases are subject to different terms: exchanges and merchandise credit only within 14 days.
How returns work
To return an item, complete the return form included in your package or download one from Urban Planet's website. Pack the items securely with the completed form and invoice, then mail your return using traceable shipping. Keep your tracking number for your records.
Exclusions and restrictions
Urban Planet does not accept returns on gift cards, cosmetics, pierced jewelry, undergarments, hosiery (excluding socks), face masks, bodysuits, and swimwear bottoms. In-store purchases cannot be refunded; you may exchange them or receive merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and take 5 to 7 business days to process after the return is received. If you paid by Klarna, refunds go to your Klarna account. If you made an in-store purchase, you receive merchandise credit instead of a refund.

What if I paid with PayPal or Apple Pay?
If you paid with PayPal, Apple Pay, or a Virtual Visa and returned by mail, your refund will go back to that original payment method. If you return in store, you receive merchandise credit instead.
Can I return an in-store purchase for a refund?
No. In-store purchases can only be exchanged or credited as merchandise credit within 14 days. Refunds are not available for items purchased in store.
