Troy-Bilt allows returns within 14 days for equipment and up to 90 days for parts, provided items are new, unused, and in original condition. A 25 percent restocking fee applies to part returns after 90 days (up to one year maximum). Refunds are issued to your original credit card within 1 to 2 billing cycles.
How returns work
You can return items by mail, carrier drop-off with an approved label, or by pickup at Troy-Bilt's discretion for freight and LTL shipments. Before initiating a return, gather your order number, packing slip, bill-to information, and phone number. Verify that the item is new, unused, and in original condition, then review the return instructions on your packing slip. If your packing slip is unavailable or you have questions, contact Troy-Bilt.
Exclusions and restrictions
Troy-Bilt does not accept returns for used parts, batteries, fluids, or equipment with gas or oil added. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable. The retailer does not publish other product exclusions beyond these categories.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original credit card. Processing takes 1 to 2 billing cycles. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. If you receive the wrong item, Troy-Bilt will identify the correct part, provide a replacement, and issue a credit for your return.
