Rockler Woodworking and Hardware allows returns within 90 days of purchase. You must present a valid receipt, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Online orders may be returned by mail or at a store location.
How returns work
You can return items by mail for online orders or in person at any Rockler retail store for purchases made in store or online. To start a return by mail, contact customer service for return instructions. When returning merchandise, include all original components. In-store returns are also available for web orders.
Exclusions and restrictions
Software, downloadable plans, and clearance items are not returnable. Laguna and SawStop power tools cannot be returned. Power tools, CNC machines, and laser products are subject to manufacturer warranty and require authorization; customers pay restocking fees and shipping for power tool returns. Router bits and drawer slides may be exchanged without a receipt at retail stores or by mail.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method when possible. Credit card purchases are refunded to the card used. For Apple Pay and PayPal returns made in store, you receive a Rockler gift card instead. Cash and debit card returns are refunded by mail check or store refund based on store capabilities. If you received a promotional gift card with your order, it will be voided if unused or deducted from your refund if already redeemed.
