How returns work
You have two options for returning items to Reitmans. You can return items in person at any Reitmans store location, or you can return by mail by generating a return label online through your order details and shipping the item back for processing.
Exclusions and restrictions
Reitmans does not accept returns on opened socks or hosiery, shapewear, jewelry (including pierced earrings and toe rings), or gift cards. All other items must meet the condition requirements of being unworn with tags on, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid with PayPal, the refund is sent to the card linked to your PayPal account. If you used both a credit card and a gift card, the credit card portion is refunded first, and the remainder is issued as an e-gift card.
