Refunds
Refunds are issued in your original form of payment or as merchandise credit, depending on how you paid and your return method. Mail returns take up to 5 business days to process. For certain payment methods including PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, and Cash App, in-store returns are issued as merchandise credit only, while mail returns go back to your original payment method.
