NAADAM allows you to return most items within 14 days of purchase. Returns by mail require you to use the Return Portal to request your return and download a shipping label. Store purchases may also be returned in store.

How returns work

You can return items by mail or in store. For mail returns, visit the Return Portal to submit your return request and download a shipping label, then drop off your item at a carrier location with your receipt. If you made your purchase in a NAADAM store, you may return the item at that same store or use the online Return Portal.

Exclusions and restrictions

NAADAM does not accept returns on final sale items, discounted items, gift cards, personalized or monogrammed merchandise, or promotional gifts. Items with strong odors or excessive pet or human hair are also non-returnable due to unsellable condition. Some items are exchange-only and cannot be refunded; these may be exchanged for the same item in a different size or colorway at equal value within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as a credit to a gift card, depending on how you paid. Refunds take 10 business days to process after your return is received. If you received an item as a gift purchased with a gift card, your refund will be credited back to that gift card.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a receipt to return my order?

A physical receipt is not required. You will need your order number from your confirmation email to process a return through the Return Portal.

How much does return shipping cost?

Return shipping is conditional. The Return Portal will indicate whether your return qualifies for free return shipping. If not, there is a $12.75 return shipping fee.

Can I return items I bought in a NAADAM store?

Yes. Store purchases can be returned at the store where you made the purchase within 14 days, or you can use the online Return Portal to arrange a mail return.

Can I exchange items instead of returning them?

Yes. You have 14 days to exchange items for a different size or colorway at equal value. The first two exchanges are free. A $12.75 fee applies to the third and all subsequent exchanges.

Can I return items purchased as gifts?

Gifts can be returned within the same 14-day window as regular purchases. If the gift was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to that gift card.

Can I return personalized or monogrammed items?

No. NAADAM does not accept returns on personalized or monogrammed merchandise.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds take 10 business days to process after your return is received by NAADAM.
