How returns work
You return items by mail. Start by visiting the Returns Portal and entering your order number and shipping zip code. Select the item you want to return or exchange, choose whether you want a refund or exchange, and complete the return process. The retailer will provide a return label, or you may pay for return shipping yourself.
Exclusions and restrictions
Long underwear, long johns, and running tights are excluded from the Try On Guarantee. Underwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be returnable. The retailer does not publish a general list of non-returnable product categories beyond these items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit or eCredit. If you purchased a gift, you can exchange it or receive store credit only, not a refund to the original payment method. International refunds take 7 to 10 business days to process.
