How returns work
You can return items through three methods. In-store returns are accepted at any Janie and Jack store (excluding Outlet and closing locations). You may also drop off returns at Happy Returns locations, including UPS Store, Staples, Ulta Beauty, and Giant Eagle. For mail returns, you receive a free prepaid label and must postmark your package within 30 days. To start any return, use the Returns Portal with your order number, email, and zip code.
Exclusions and restrictions
Underwear cannot be returned if opened or worn due to hygiene reasons; it must be in original, unopened packaging. Worn or unwashed items are not returnable. Items from third-party sellers and Marketplace purchases must be returned directly to the seller, not to Janie and Jack stores. Online purchases made with Afterpay or Klarna may only be returned by mail.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt at a distribution center, though the credit may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear. The refund is returned to your original form of payment. If you return in-store without a receipt and the refund exceeds $5, you will receive a gift card or merchandise exchange at the current selling price instead.
