How returns work
To return an item, print and complete the Return Form from the Dungarees returns page. Include the form with your shipment along with your original order receipt if possible. Download and print a UPS Return Label (available for $7.95 in the contiguous US, or free if you choose an e-gift card refund) or arrange your own shipping. Mail your securely wrapped package to the returns address in Columbia, Missouri.
Exclusions and restrictions
Undergarments including certain base layer bottoms and boxer briefs cannot be returned. Items must be new, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original manufacturer tags. Footwear has stricter requirements and must have 100 percent new condition with original manufacturer box, unscratched soles, and no scuff marks. Damaged or defective items must be reported to customer service within 10 days of delivery for case-by-case handling. If your gift included a promotional item, that free item must also be returned or you will be charged its listed value.
Refunds
Refunds are issued either to your original form of payment or as a Dungarees e-gift card. If you do not include your Return Form and receipt, your refund will be issued as a gift card instead of your original payment method. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days, though some refunds may take 3 to 5 business days.
