How returns work

To return an item, submit a return request via DaVinci Vaporizer's Contact Form. You will receive a Return Authorization number by email. Exclusions and restrictions

Engraved or customized products cannot be returned because they are uniquely modified and cannot be restocked. Sale and discount items are final sale and cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 72 hours of delivery.
