Chemist4U allows returns within 30 days of purchase when items are in original packaging and accompanied by proper documentation. You must obtain return authorization from the Customer Care team before sending anything back, and most returns require you to pay postage.
How returns work
Returns are handled by mail only. You must contact Chemist4U's Customer Care team to request return authorization. Once approved, pack the item in its original condition with the completed delivery note return section, use the provided free return label or pay your own postage, and obtain proof of posting. Allow at least two days for the package to reach the warehouse.
Exclusions and restrictions
Chemist4U does not accept returns on perishable items, medicinal products, dispensed medicines, prescription or NHS medicines, personalized or cosmetic items, unsealed products, items worn next to skin or hair, products with security seals, or hosiery. These restrictions are based on health, hygiene, and safety concerns. Additionally, certain branded products including Freestyle Libre, Saxenda, Wegovy, and Mounjaro are handled directly by their manufacturers rather than Chemist4U. The retailer does not offer exchanges; refunds are issued instead.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Processing takes up to 14 days from the date goods arrive at the warehouse. If you return an item using a postage method paid by you rather than the free return label, Chemist4U deducts £2.95 from your refund amount.

Do I need a receipt to return an item?
