How returns work
To return an item, click "Start a Return" on the Cutsclothing website to generate a QR code or prepaid shipping label. Drop off your package at any UPS or FedEx location. For international orders, you may email [email protected] if you cannot access the return link.
Exclusions and restrictions
Cutsclothing does not accept returns on gift cards, final sale products, or most accessory items including masks. Underwear packs that have been worn or opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Organic Cotton Boxers may only be exchanged for a different size or color, or converted to store credit, not refunded.
