Crazy Shirts allows returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase. You can return items by mail with a prepaid label, at a carrier drop-off location, or in a physical store if you bought online. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, a gift card, or store credit depending on your receipt and how long ago you purchased.
How returns work
You can initiate a return by clicking the Start a Return button on Crazy Shirts' website and entering your order number along with your email or phone number. After selecting which items to return or exchange, you pack them in original condition and print a prepaid USPS label to ship via mail. Alternatively, you may drop off your return at a carrier location at your own expense, or bring your online purchase to a Crazy Shirts store location.
Exclusions and restrictions
Gift cards are not refundable. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Crazy Shirts does not refund original shipping costs for exchanges. The retailer does not publish a list of other excluded or restricted items beyond these categories.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. If you have your receipt and return within 90 days, your refund goes to your original credit card or as a gift card if the card is unavailable. Without a receipt or after 90 days, you receive a Crazy Shirts electronic gift card for the current retail value. All gift returns are refunded as electronic gift cards only.
