Wrangler allows returns within 30 days of purchase by mail. Return shipping is not free and costs $7.99 or $8.49 depending on when you initiate the return. A receipt is not required to process your return.

How returns work

You can return items by mail. To start, sign into your account and go to Order History, then click on the order containing the items you wish to return. Print the return shipping label and return receipt provided, and mail the item back using the label.

Exclusions and restrictions

Final Sale products cannot be returned. Wrangler Reborn products are not eligible for exchange, though refunds are allowed within 30 days. For warranty returns, see Wrangler's warranty information page.

Frequently asked questions

Can I return items bought online to a Wrangler store?

No. Wrangler does not accept in-store returns for online orders. You must return items by mail using the return shipping label provided in your account.

Do I need my receipt to return something?

No. If you do not have your receipt, Wrangler can look up your order using your order confirmation email or your account Order History.

How much does return shipping cost?

Return shipping costs $7.99 or $8.49, depending on the date you initiate the return. This fee is deducted from your refund.

Can I exchange items for a different size or color?

Size exchanges can be completed online within 30 days. For color exchanges, you must contact Wrangler customer service. There are no exchange fees for eligible US exchanges. Wrangler Reborn products cannot be exchanged.
