How returns work
You can return eligible items by mail. Start by submitting a return request through the Returns Center at https://returns.goclove.com/. After approval, ship your items to the Clove warehouse according to the instructions provided. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the warehouse receives your return.
Exclusions and restrictions
Clove does not accept returns on Final Sale items, which are non-returnable and non-refundable. Additionally, badge reels and pens (offered as complimentary gifts), resale products (due to authenticity concerns), and gift cards are not returnable. Gift cards purchased from Clove cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.
