Bikeinn allows you to return most items within 30 days of purchase. You must return items in original packaging with tags attached. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the retailer receives your return.

How returns work

You can return items by mail or through carrier drop off. To return by mail, log into My Account, select your order, prepare your parcel in original packaging, print a return label, and mail it to the warehouse. Alternatively, you may drop off your return at carrier locations including Mondial Relay, Inpost, GLS, Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS.

Exclusions and restrictions

Bikeinn does not accept returns on cosmetics, food, sealed software, or custom and personalized items. Electronics may be returned within 30 days only if they are unlocked, reset to factory settings, and without memory cards. The retailer does not publish other product exclusions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method you used to purchase. If the item was a gift, the refund is issued to the original purchaser, not the gift recipient. You can expect your refund to appear within 5 to 10 business days after Bikeinn receives your return.

If you are returning an item because of a defect or damage, Bikeinn covers the return shipping cost. If you are returning an item for a change of mind, you pay for return shipping.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Bikeinn does not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, you must return your original purchase and place a new order. Shipping costs apply to the new order.

How long does it take to get my refund after I send back an item?
