Barbeques Galore allows returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging, and a 20 percent restocking fee applies to most returns. You will need to obtain an RMA number and return items by mail.

How returns work

You must return items by mail. Contact customer service or access your account dashboard to obtain an RMA number. Once you receive the RMA packing slip, fill it out and package your item securely with the slip included. Ship the item using an insured mail service. For items that are damaged or incorrect, the retailer provides a prepaid shipping label.

Exclusions and restrictions

Special order items cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged. Items that arrive damaged or broken are not returnable if the damage was not caused by the retailer. The retailer does not publish a complete list of product categories or items that are excluded from returns beyond special orders.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, at the retailer's option. Processing takes 14 business days. If you paid in cash for a purchase over $50, the retailer sends a company check by mail instead.
