Albeebaby allows returns within 60 days of purchase by mail to their Spartanburg, South Carolina warehouse. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and many product categories are excluded from returns.

How returns work

You initiate a return using your order number and zip code. Your items must be new, unused, and packed in their original carton with all materials included. You then ship the return to the warehouse with tracking. If you received a gift, Albeebaby offers a separate gift return process.

Exclusions and restrictions

Albeebaby does not accept returns on open box items, feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories (including diaper pails, potty seats, and wipes), video and audio tapes, mattresses, pillows and covers (including pillow covers and changing pad covers), or undergarments. Manufacturer warranty items do not qualify for free returns and must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds or store credit are issued to all payment methods. Processing takes 10 to 14 business days after the warehouse receives your return. Note that a 30 percent restocking fee applies to furniture returns.
