How returns work
To return an item, you must email [email protected] to submit a refund request and obtain return authorization. After receiving authorization, you are responsible for shipping the materials to the ACE warehouse. Materials must arrive at the warehouse within 10 business days of the authorization date.
Exclusions and restrictions
ACE Fitness does not accept returns on any courses within The BioMechanics Method program, including The Fundamentals of Structural Assessment, Understanding Muscles and Movement, The Fundamentals of Corrective Exercise, The Complete Exercise Library, Corrective Exercise Program Design, and The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. Also non-refundable are individually purchased eBooks and audiobooks (unless part of a full study program), individually purchased exams once redeemed or scheduled, exam retake fees, and certain fees including shipping, handling, petition, recertification, and recertification late fees. Online courseware and digital materials are refundable only if unused and 20% or less completed. Power Pass memberships are refundable if no course is 20% or more complete and the CPR/AED component and voucher have not been redeemed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days. If a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, ACE Fitness will mail a check to the address on file. A 20% restocking fee is deducted from all refunds except where stated otherwise.
