How returns work
You can return items by accessing the UK Returns Portal or International Returns Portal (depending on location), entering your order number and postcode or email address, and generating a return label or QR code. Once you have sealed your parcel with the return label affixed, you may drop it off at an InPost Locker, local Post Office, or DPD Drop Off location. International customers may also return items by mail using self-postage or DHL Express at their own cost.
Exclusions and restrictions
Gym King does not accept returns on Final Sale items, men's swimwear, men's and women's underwear, all bottles, or gift cards. Women's swimwear may be returned only if the hygiene seal remains intact and has not been removed. Socks are returnable only if they remain sealed in original packaging. Gift cards themselves cannot be refunded, though items purchased with a gift card are refunded back to that gift card.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method only. The refund process takes 7 to 14 days, plus an additional 5 working days. If you purchased an item with a gift card, your refund will be credited back to that gift card rather than another payment method.
