Lensabl allows returns within 30 days of receipt, but the policy distinguishes between frames and lenses. Frames in original, new condition may be returned for refund, while custom lenses are final sale and cannot be returned.
How returns work
To return a frame, contact [email protected] to request an RMA number and return address. You must ship the frame back in original, new condition at your own expense. Return shipping costs are not covered by Lensabl.
Exclusions and restrictions
Custom lenses are nonreturnable because they are custom-made to your prescription and frame and cannot be reused. Frames must be in original, new condition to qualify for return. Lensabl does not publish a list of other excluded item categories.
Refunds
The retailer does not state the refund amount, method of refund, or timing for when money is returned to your account after a return is received.
