Visible allows returns within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in like-new condition and accompanied by a receipt. Returns are processed by mail using a pre-paid shipping label, and refunds are credited back within up to 3 weeks.

How returns work

To return an item, log into your Visible account and type 'return my device' in the chat box to request a pre-paid shipping label. Print the label and affix it to your shipping carton. Before packing, disable Find My iPhone, delete sensitive information from the phone, and remove any physical SIM card. Place the like-new merchandise in its original box along with your receipt, then ship the package using the pre-paid label.

Exclusions and restrictions

Phones that are used, damaged, or not in like-new condition cannot be returned. Visible does not publish a list of other non-returnable item categories.

Refunds

Refunds are issued either as a credit to your original credit card or, if you paid with Affirm, as a credit to your Affirm loan balance. Processing takes up to 3 weeks. Note that returning merchandise does not cancel your wireless service.
