How returns work
To return an item, request a return authorization online or by phone and print the return shipping label. Package your item in a shipping box with the return authorization paperwork and the label attached. Take the package to any FedEx drop-off location for shipment back to Sonic Electronix.
Exclusions and restrictions
Several items cannot be returned: pre-cut wire, software or digital downloads, installation labor, and special order or made-to-order products. The retailer also marks select products as non-refundable. Defective products are covered by exchange only within 60 days; after that period, they fall under the 365-day warranty for repair instead.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method in the same form as your original transaction. Processing takes 3 business days after Sonic Electronix receives your return.
