How returns work
To return an item, visit your account page to start the return process. Ensure the product has its original packaging and that all box contents are undamaged. Pack the item inside an outer box with adequate protection from damage, then mail it to Focus Camera's Returns Department address in New Jersey using the RMA number provided during the return initiation.
Exclusions and restrictions
Focus Camera does not accept returns on shaving equipment and personal care products under New York Health Department regulations, printers with toner already installed, air conditioners, interactive whiteboards, items with cut UPC codes, or gift cards (whether physical or electronic). Televisions 37 inches and larger cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. DJI drones are accepted for return only if unopened and unused within 14 days; opened or used drones may incur restocking fees up to 30%.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original credit card or Focus Camera account. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days, though it may take 7 to 10 days for the amount to appear in your account.
