How returns work
You may initiate a return through the website or at a store location. For mail returns, you can request a free pre-printed shipping label or use an included return label. Alternatively, you can drop off your return at a UPS, USPS, or FedEx location using your own paid label. In-store returns are also accepted at Peoples Jewellers locations. In all cases, include the packing slip and original documents with your return.
Exclusions and restrictions
Special ordered watches are not returnable. Protection plan replacement merchandise is also non-returnable. Peoples Jewellers does not publish a general list of excluded item categories beyond these.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund is credited to the same account. For check or cash payments over $500, a refund check is issued and mailed within 21 days. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card is issued. For trade-in purchases, the refund takes the form of original or similar merchandise.
