Astley Clarke allows returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return items in store at their Monmouth Street Flagship store in the UK or by mail using a prepaid label. Certain items, including earrings and made-to-order pieces, cannot be returned.
How returns work
You can initiate returns online for both UK and international orders. For in-store returns, visit the Monmouth Street Flagship store in the UK. Alternatively, you may return items by mail using a prepaid label provided by the retailer. If you use the prepaid label, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions and restrictions
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Engraved items, made-to-order items, Sample Sale items, and Personalised Advent Calendars are also non-returnable. Shipping charges, gift bags, and gift cards are non-refundable. Sale items can only be exchanged, not refunded. If you received a free gift with purchase, you must return it or its value will be deducted from your refund. Jewellery Sets must be returned as a complete set.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 working days. Money is credited back to your original payment method (card or bank account). If you chose store credit at purchase, that credit is applied to your account the same day the return is processed.
