Exclusions and restrictions
Real-wood furniture and adjustable bed frames are not returnable due to the complexity and costs of shipping large items. Select clearance items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned. The Halcyon line mattresses and bassinet pads are excluded from the 100-night trial program, though they remain subject to the standard 30-day window. Defects in workmanship are covered by warranty regardless of return eligibility.
