How returns work
You can return items by mail or in store. For mail returns, you request a free pre-printed shipping label, include the packing slip and all original documents, and affix the return labels to the top corners of your box. You can also return online orders in store at Kay Jewelers locations.
Exclusions and restrictions
Kay Jewelers does not accept returns on special ordered watches, jewelry that has been altered or modified beyond sizing or stone setting, or purchases made through Progressive Leasing (which may not be exchanged). The retailer does not publish a comprehensive list of additional exclusions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as a new gift card. For credit and debit cards, credits are applied to the same account.
